Paying an Invoice with a Credit Card or Bank Account

For organizations that need an invoice or purchase order, ProofPilot can issue invoices. Those invoices may be paid by a credit card if you so wish. Here’s how.

In all ProofPilot contracts, there is an option to pay directly within the contract. In most ProofPilot invoices, the same functionality is available. If you are signing a contract, the payment functionality will activate once the document has been signed by all the appropriate parties.

You may forward the payment responsibilities to another person.

To make a payment access the document in any way including by clicking on the “Open Document” link in your e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail or access to the document, please let us know. We will get you access.

From there if the document requires a signature, please sign. After the signature, you’ll notice a “Submit Payment” at the bottom of the screen.

From there, you may choose your payment method (any deposit account with access to the US ACH transfer system), or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Amex).

Then you may enter in your information

Upon completion, you will get a notification that the credit card or ACH authorization went through.

If you signed a contract, you’ll also receive a fully executed version of that contract.
