The Perceived Deficits Questionnaire (PDQ; Sullivan, Edgley, & Dehoux, 1990) is the questionnaire to assess perceived cognitive deficits from the patient’s perspective. Since patients’ perceptions of their cognitive function may not be concordant with their objectively-measured function, scores on measures of perceived cognitive function should be interpreted cautiously.
